How can we translate our understanding of quantum physics into technological and industrial products and services?

Professor Sir Peter Knight FRS, Senior Research Investigator, Physics Department, Imperial College London

Professor Sir Peter Knight FRS, Co-author of the UK Government Office of Science Blackett Report, will bring us up-to-date on the opportunities and challenges in translating our understanding of quantum physics into technological and industrial products and services.

This lecture is currently scheduled as an in-person event at Imperial. However government guidelines will be followed at the time which may include the necessity to change this to a live streamed event.  The supper may also need to be cancelled. We will update Friends on a regular basis.
